About Yachana

My name is Yachana, I am an HR professional turned into a full time Yoga Teacher.

A Passionate 200hrs TTC USA Yoga Alliance certified Yoga teacher, Yoga is my love and passion, which I want to share with all yoga aspirants and help them achieve their physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

I've been practicing yoga from past 10 years, my love for yoga and the transformation that I've personally experienced the magic of Yoga which motivated me to pick Yoga as a full time Yoga teacher and share my knowledge and experience with others.

Through yoga one can tap the unknown inner strength which will help them achieve the eternal happiness and bliss in life. Yoga does not only makes you physically strong but it helps you become strong from inside out.

Looking forward to have some passionate yoga learners on board and share my experience and passion with them.
