About Tijl

I have experience as a tutor, I also taught as an early teaching assistant at the University of Hasselt and I am a permanent contract assistant at the Technical University of Delft. For both, I taught mainly quantum mechanics courses.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Physics with great distinction and I am currently in my final year of the Master of Science in Quantum Physics at Delft University of Technology. Additionally, I am enrolled in the university's honours program, which is an extra-curricular program for best-performing students.

I like to help people and I have a passion for physics that drives me to teach, both tutoring and at the university level.

About the lesson

Depending on the student's needs, I can clearly explain abstract theory at the student's pace and help solve exercises. My focus is on teaching analytical thinking skills and creating a correct solution strategy for exercises so that the student performs at least as well individually at school.

I teach physics, mathematics (+ statistics) and chemistry ASO 4th to 6th secondary school.
I also offer tutoring for physics/mathematics/higher education (Bachelor & Master).
