Hello,
I am a professional online math tutor and would be happy to help with any math and test prep math, including AP and IB courses. I can also help with competition math. I can especially help with navigating online resources, online learning and summer enrichment.
As a professional private math and test prep math tutor for over 15 years, I love to help students quickly build knowledge and achieve their goals. A former professor of civil engineering at Union College, I taught math at two private schools and tutored at a learning center.
With all that experience, I can tailor our sessions to the specific needs of your student working with their curriculum to ensure that they understand their notes/hw. I will use that information to detect deficiencies and I will then expand/add concepts as needed to fill gaps. I will customize the presentation of the material to your student's learning style. We can make a lot of progress in our one-on-one sessions.
I love math, and I hope to support you in your math journey! I offer a free introductory 1/2 hr meeting so I can learn about your background and answer your questions as well as to try out the online platform. I tutor through free Zoom and OneNote.
