I am a professional software engineer based in London with over one and a half years of experience as a coding instructor, helping students build confidence in programming and problem-solving. I enjoy making complex concepts simple, clear, and practical, enabling learners to progress at their own pace.
I chose to teach because I genuinely enjoy supporting students as they develop logical thinking, independence, and real-world skills. My background in both software development and teaching allows me to combine structured explanations with hands-on learning, ensuring lessons are engaging, effective, and tailored to individual goals.
I am patient, reliable, and professional, with a strong focus on clear communication and creating a positive learning environment. My aim is to help every student feel confident, motivated, and capable of achieving their learning objectives.

My tutoring approach focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and independent problem-solving skills. I believe students learn best when concepts are broken down into simple steps, supported by practical examples, and reinforced through guided practice.
I typically begin each lesson by reviewing previous material and identifying any areas of difficulty. New topics are introduced clearly with visual explanations and real-world examples, followed by structured exercises to ensure understanding. I encourage students to explain their thinking, which helps strengthen reasoning skills and long-term retention. Homework or short practice tasks can be provided when helpful.
I use a calm, patient, and encouraging teaching style, adapting the pace and level to suit each learner. Lessons are tailored to individual goals — whether exam preparation, confidence building, or learning programming from scratch.
Lesson length:
• Standard lessons are 60 minutes
• Longer sessions (90 minutes) available for exam preparation or project work
