About Robert
I have Bachelor's of Science degrees in both mathematics and physics along with 16 hours of graduate course work. I have tutored most calculus sequences including, but not limited to: differential and integral single-variable calculus for both engineers and business majors, multi-variable calculus and differential equations. I have also tutored both calculus and non-calculus based Newtonian physics as well as electromagnetic physics.

In teaching mathematics, I strive to present topics clearly in a geometric manner - this means lots of pictures! In addition to being off-putting for many students, long, tedious calculations can often obscure the underlying ideas behind many mathematical concepts (especially so in calculus!). My physics background pushes me to present students with conceptual pictures first in order to motivate the necessary calculations.
