About Michael
With just over 10 years experience as a tutor and 4 years experience as a classroom teacher I thoroughly enjoy helping young people reach their full potential. As a current SQA marker I have in-depth knowledge of how SQA exam papers are marked, which allows me to give detailed exam specific feedback to students. Away from the classroom I enjoy reading, playing guitar, walking my dog and spending time with family.

With just over 10 years experience as a tutor and 4 years experience as a classroom teacher, I aim to deliver high quality tailored lessons for the pupils I teach. I have the knowledge and skills to help build confidence in problem areas and aim to do this whilst building a strong working relationship with the pupils I teach.
Lessons are tailored for every student, taking into account their requirements. All lesson notes are available after every session so that students can access these whenever they need to. All lessons are fun, engaging and rewarding. Lessons typically last 1 hour and are aimed at secondary school pupils preparing for exams.
