About Angelina
I recently graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. My rigorous coursework taught me how easy it can be to feel discouraged and want to give up entirely. This experience has given me a new perspective as a tutor, allowing me to approach students with empathy and the belief that they are capable of excelling at the material.

All sessions would be tailored to each student and their academic needs. If the student is studying for a standardized test, we will approach the content based on the layout of the exam. Exam-based tutoring means we use more strategies instead of knowledge-based studying. For students who need help in a certain subject, we'll follow the lesson plan of their course, take more time to learn the steps and conceptual ideas that may be skipped in class, and do more practice problems.
My teaching style as a tutor helps students see the content in a different way than they would've before, giving them a better foundation for the rest of their learning career.
