About Indiana
I am a student at the University of Leeds engaged in a Psychology BSc. I achieved A*A*AA in Maths, Economics, Physics and my dissertation while studying at The Times's Sixth Form of the Year 2019. I remained in the top 10% of all my classes throughout my two years at this highly selective and award-winning sixth form. I was also engaged in a Chemistry A level for one year, for which I was predicted to achieve A*.
I am DBS background checked. I am native English and can speak, read and write intermediate Polish and beginners French.

As a psychology student, I have studied memory and attention. This, along with the methods I employed to achieve my high A levels, has influenced my teaching method. Firstly, it is imperative to work with the student to understand their current ability to focus. This would influence both the techniques I employ while with them as well as my advice for when they are working independently. Secondly, the student will be directed to learn through insightful thinking and practice rather than through random trial and error to achieve efficient and effective learning.
I am able to alter my teaching for all ages of schooling.
