About Eshal
Hello, I’m Eshal. I graduated from Elkins High School and specialize in tutoring math for students up to 10th grade. I take pride in creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and gain confidence with each session. Outside of tutoring, I run a small henna and treats business, which has strengthened my organization, creativity, and communication skills. I’m also an aspiring lawyer, so I understand the value of hard work and persistence qualities I pass on to my students. My focus is on making lessons clear, structured, and tailored to each student’s needs so they can reach their academic goals with confidence.

My Approach as a Tutor:
I always start by getting to know how each student learns best because everyone is different. My goal is to make sure they feel comfortable asking questions and confident in their abilities. I like to break topics down into smaller, easy-to-follow steps and use examples they can relate to so the lessons stick.
Typical Lesson Plan:
We’ll start with a quick review of what we covered last time.
I’ll introduce the new topic and show a few clear examples.
We’ll practice problems together before the student works through a few on their own.
I end each session with a short recap and suggest a bit of practice to keep the momentum going.
What Sets Me Apart:
I’m very patient and flexible with my teaching style. If a student doesn’t understand something one way, I’m happy to try another approach until it clicks. I also make it a point to celebrate small wins because I’ve seen how much that boosts confidence.

I work with students up to 10th grade in math. Whether someone is struggling with the basics, wants to bring their grades up, or just needs extra support to feel more confident, I’m here to help them succeed.
