About KESHAR
No matter the subject, I have been able to assist my peers and juniors in learning how to problem-solve, approaching the subject from different perspectives and feeling confident in taking on the subject so they can continue to succeed.
I know how important success is for the student, and so I celebrate even small wins and accomplishments as a student begins to master a particularly difficult subject for them.
I have extensive knowledge into topics related to Engineering subjects and proper soft skills to convey it efficiently. I feel so rewarded by the experience of tutoring, and I would love the opportunity to bring my enthusiasm for teaching and student excellence to my role as tutor with you.

The lesson plan is set mostly after meeting the students as each individual have their own learning style and preferences. General outline would be set by the desired outcome in the specified time period. The teaching atmosphere can range from dynamic interaction to quiet focused approach depending on the most effective option. Students are encourages to ask questions and through explanation of the basics are covered in order to build a solid foundation. The key will be to provide the student will open channel for communication so that they can voice their wishes.
