About Max
Hi, I'm Max; an A* student who on his gap year and taking Physics at university in 2023.
I've been working with a professional tutor now for a while so I have knowledge on how to tutor, but I also have experience tutoring my little sister GCSE Maths and some family friends.
I received a 9 in both Maths and Physics at GCSE and received A* in Maths and Further Maths A-Level and an A in Physics, so I can say with huge confidence that I know what I'm doing.
My teaching style and how the session will unfold:
- Firstly any homework that isn't done or isn't understood will be completed, I will help with it by guiding my student through the process (not by giving them the answer).
- Next, if they have any questions in certain areas of the curriculum I will help them understand. And I'll go over things they may have missed during their lessons at school.
- During our sessions I won't be teaching anything outside the curriculum unless otherwise requested.
This isn't set in stone, you can discuss how and what you want me to help with when we get in touch.
