About Amanda
Hi, I'm Amanda. I am a qualified chemical engineer with tutoring experience. I obtained a distinction for Math in matric (grade 12). I enjoy playing chess (rapid, blitz and bullet) and watching cooking shows in my free time. I look forward to helping you improve your Math marks.

Over and above tutoring mathematics, I aim to develop critical academic skills in students that will set them up for long term success. Please see below my service offering:
• Plenty of example questions from various sources, including past exam papers.
• Practice tests including online quizzes.
• SMART goal setting with a focus on setting systems/habits in place to measure student's progress towards achieving their academic goals.
• Study skills.
• Structured lesson plan, viewable by parents, that includes tutor feedback on student's progress.
