About Jenni

I particularly work with new yoga teachers helping them understand WHAT and HOW to teach yoga. I also teach classes tailor-made to you and your specific needs in a 1:1 setting. As a student of Yoga for the last 25 years, and a yoga professional, my passion is to help people feel good in their minds, hearts, and bodies again. I do this through teaching movement, meditation, philosophy, and breath work all while giving journaling prompts and deep reflections as well as discussions to help students uncover their life purpose.

About the lesson

Whether you’re a student or teacher, take sessions in yoga and movement, and learn more about yourself on a spiritual level than you ever thought. Get stronger and more flexible, in body, heart, and mind. This is a practice for all ages and all curiosities, and is all inclusive.

If you are a newly certified yoga teacher, I will help you find your authentic teaching voice, while supporting the gaps in your knowledge so that you can teach yoga with absolute confidence. Work with a professional who can truly help you HOW and WHAT to teach in a safe way.
