**Integrity:** I uphold a strong ethical commitment in my teaching, fostering trust and respect in the student-teacher relationship. I prioritize honesty in assessments and encourage open communication, creating a safe space for students to express their thoughts and concerns.

**Understanding:** Every student is different, and I strive to understand their individual learning styles, goals, and challenges. By actively listening and adapting my methods, I help students feel valued and engaged in their learning process.

**Cultural Sensitivity:** Music is a universal language that transcends cultural boundaries.
