Overall 15+ years of experience of providing Architectural Solutions ,designing complex Cloud and on premise IT systems & implementing database Solutions inRetail , Banking and Online advertisement domains industry using latest technologies
and tools.
Apart from industry work , had been a training instructor on software and computer systems for interns from highly reputed Universities. Possess ability to address largescale audiences and teaching skills. Highly proficient in maths and logical deductions .

My approach to learning is simple yet quite effective.
Some key steps and techniques include
1.Identify the gap a student has . Go to the basics which is causing student to slow down and the iterate forward.
2. I tend to give less homework but more in class tests and discuss the 5y's -what why when where and who post every test to remediate understanding gaps.
3. i prefer blended learning i.e having online and f2f learning sessions to connect with students as a mentor.
4.I use my experience , reflective observation and finally Active experimentation methods to ensure that the student is learning as well as able to implement the concepts fundamentally.
