The classes are for beginners and people who want to join the world of yoga. Classes last between 1 hour and 90 minutes. Classes include practicing asanas, meditation, and pranayama (controlled breathing). Depending on the student's interest, the class can focus on a specific element (for back pain, relaxing, activating, etc.) or a theme (forgive, trust, strength, etc.).
