Let me take you back to my journey. Five years ago, I was a skinny 42 kg guy, struggling to gain weight. I thought the answer was simple: eat more, lift more. But after years of dirty bulking, I ended up gaining more fat than muscle. I spent the next few years trapped in the endless cycle of bulking and cutting, feeling discouraged as I saw little progress.
But I didn’t give up. I dove deeper, experimenting, learning, and tweaking my approach. It took me 4 years, countless setbacks, and a lot of self-discovery to finally build the physique I always dreamed of. I realised that 95-97% of people are stuck in the same rut, following the same outdated methods. But is that really the only way? I knew there had to be more.
Last year, I found the key that changed everything. It wasn’t just about diet or training—it was the power of the mind. Sounds crazy, right? But when I aligned my mindset with nutrition and workout, the results were nothing short of incredible. I saw changes not just in my body, but in how I felt every single day. I emphasise the importance of a positive mindset and mental resilience. I help clients develop a growth mindset, overcome self-doubt, and stay motivated throughout their fitness journey.
I create customised training programs that are aligned with the client’s fitness level and goals, ensuring progressive overload and proper recovery.
I provide flexible nutrition plans that complement the training regimen, focusing on sustainable and enjoyable eating habits.
I continuously monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and make adjustments to the plan as needed. This ensures steady progress and prevents plateaus.
