Hi, I’m Hari Krishnan S, a seasoned fitness professional with 9+ years of experience transforming lives through personalized fitness training. From competing at state level in Boxing and Silat Martial Arts, to being an Ereps Level 4 Certified Trainer, I bring a unique combination of expertise in Crosstraining, Strength & Conditioning, and Postnatal Fitness.
With over 54+ transformations under my belt, I’ve helped clients across the USA, UK, Dubai, and Canada achieve their goals. Teaching Techniques and Methods:
I believe in a hands-on, personalized approach to fitness training. My sessions are designed to push your limits safely while focusing on proper form and injury prevention. Each workout is customized to your goals, whether it’s weight loss, strength, postnatal recovery, or overall fitness improvement. I incorporate a mix of functional training, Crosstraining, boxing, and strength conditioning with nutritional guidance for a holistic experience.
Structure of a Typical Class:
Each session starts with a warm-up and mobility drills, followed by targeted exercises based on the day’s focus—whether it’s strength, endurance, or skill development. I usually include high-intensity intervals or boxing rounds to increase stamina. Classes end with a cool-down, stretching, and recovery techniques to ensure proper muscle healing.

What sets me apart is my 9 years of diverse experience, from training competitive athletes in boxing and Silat to helping postnatal mothers regain strength. I am certified in injury management and rehabilitation, ensuring every client gets safe, effective workouts tailored to their unique needs.
