About Shantosh

Hello! My name is Shantosh, and I am a passionate fitness coach with over 5 years of experience in calisthenics and strength training. My fitness journey began with a desire to challenge myself physically and mentally, and over the years it has grown into a passion for helping others achieve their own goals.

As the Vice President of my university's calisthenics club, I have had the opportunity to mentor and train individuals from different backgrounds and fitness levels. Through this experience, I have developed strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills that allow me to create a positive and encouraging learning environment.

I believe that fitness is about much more than appearance—it's about building confidence, discipline, resilience, and a healthier lifestyle. Whether your goal is to gain strength, lose weight, build muscle, improve athletic performance, or learn calisthenics skills, I am committed to helping you reach your full potential.

My personal training lessons are tailored to each individual's fitness level, goals, and experience. Whether you are a complete beginner looking to start your fitness journey or someone with training experience aiming to break through a plateau, I will design a structured program to help you progress safely and effectively.

In my lessons, you will learn proper exercise technique, workout programming, strength development, muscle-building principles, and injury prevention strategies. I also provide guidance on nutrition fundamentals, recovery, and lifestyle habits that support long-term fitness success.

For those interested in calisthenics, I can teach foundational and advanced bodyweight skills, including push-ups, pull-ups, dips, muscle-ups, handstands, and other strength-based movements. Each session focuses on progressive overload and measurable improvement, ensuring that you continue moving closer to your goals.

My coaching style is supportive, motivating, and results-driven. I aim not only to help students achieve physical transformations but also to build confidence, discipline, and a deeper understanding of how training works so they can maintain their results independently in the future.
