Welcome to Superprof me! I am graduate in sciences Physical Activity and Sport (CAFYD), Superior Technician in Physical Activities and Sports (TAFAD), Personal Trainer, Sports Fitness Technician, Master Technician in Sports and Nutrition in Football. I founded "Physicaltrainerjobinho" a company devoted to physical activity and health, because I love the world of sport in all its forms, especially football, which play a child and that I can presume to know in depth. I also practice adventure sports and outdoor as mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, caving, climbing, athletics, football, paddle tennis, tennis, running, swimming ... .etc. I became trainer vocation What prioritized with my clients and teams is work, proactivity and positivism.
