About Arya
I am an undergraduate student and as a youth, I know how difficult it is to maintain your weight and stay fit, especially in this era of COVID where you don't have allowance to visit parks. Also, not having enough money to afford the fees of costly fitness centers and Zumba classes. And with the daily studies and online classes, it is very difficult to follow a specific diet and take out some time for our daily exercise. But don't worry, with my basic fitness, which is for all levels (beginners and advanced), you can stay fit and be energized and also lose your extra fat if you'll be consistent.

My method to teach is a bit different yet productive. You can stay fit, eat your favorite food, and also decrease your extra fat with light exercises and doing Zumba without following any strict diet and gym. You just need to be consistent and patient because everything takes time. I am not saying that you will see the change after the first day only, but as you'll continue doing it, you will feel the difference. You will feel more energetic and fit. The main difference between my teaching and others is that I will not add restrictions and rules. Also, I will share some healthy recipes to satisfy your cravings without gaining weight.
