About Fatima

I am a 17 year old ballet dancer with experience in professional stretching training for both ballet and synchronised swimming.

I have learnt about the correct technique behind stretches and the overall effect of them. Most importantly, I know how to avoid injuries or overstretching.

So whether you're a beginner just looking to give your body some relief through stretching or someone with specific stretching goals, I can guide you through the process through fun but effective lessons.

About the lesson

Reaching your flexibility goals takes time and discipline. Through comfortable, safe but effective lessons I can help you reach your goals and provide you with the tools you need to stretch on your own.

Lessons will have a planned stretching routine that might vary from lesson to lesson, depending on your progress and your goals.

I will be there to demonstrate and ensure that the correct technique is being used in order to avoid any injuries.

Lessons will be relaxed and is a good time to wind down after a long day and releasing tension from your body.
