Hi, my name is Kate. I have a huge passion for physical training, total health and helping people improve themselves and their life through learning and physical exercise.
I believe the best way to learn is to teach. Helping you will help me re affirm my knowledge, and pass it on efficiently to all who want to know it.

My sessions and programs are for EVERYONE! Im here to meet your needs.
I am excited to meet you and help you work towards your goals!
That being said - for my services I expect you to set any amount of time big or small per week at the start and then commit to that time. Three strikes and you are out, do not miss my sessions.
I can offer nutrition advice but I am not a dietician nor do I believe in restricted calorie diets. Happy to discuss and advise on food but I will not write out calorie based meal plans.
My degree is in Sports and Exercise majoring in exercise prescription and training.
I have continued my learning through military physical training and have begun postgraduate study.
