About Matteo
Ex-pro athlete - played football at a high level as a midfielder (large km per game output, average 12km). After 3 ACL injuries I have transitioned into coaching.
I will aim to show you how I stayed on top of my game even after major injuries and rehabilitations, what solid training, nutrition and recovery looks like so you can move better!

Large focus on optimising your fascial system (muscle health and plasticity, movement patterns, flexibility and mobility). A notion largely neglected in modern fitness and is slowly making it’s way to the surface (ie Functional Patterns).
Whether your focus is to spend more active time with the kids or enhance your athletic performance - my sessions are for you.
