About Jeremie
I am 35 years old and I am a state certified coach with 2 mentions (Bpjeps af). I have been practicing assiduously for 4 years now and I must say that my sporting practice has changed me as a person.
Beyond the sporting aspect, I like to transmit and accompany others. I have always worked in relationships and I decided to combine my passion for sport with human support.
I am therefore specialized in individual and small group coaching.
I pay deep attention to respecting the rhythm of the people I coach, to listen to them, and also to boost them when the time is right!

It all starts with a review allowing us both to get to know each other. It is for me the opportunity to know you well and to understand your needs.
Then I establish a personalized program, taking into account everything that will have been seen during the assessment.
And the moment comes when we meet to sweat! :)
No specific level required for us to work together. From beginner to competitor, you are all welcome!
Classes usually last an hour, but I don't have my eye on the watch. The duration of the course may vary depending on your goals, your level of fitness, or other factors.
And if you are unsure, tell yourself that the sooner you start, the sooner you can enjoy the many benefits that 'we get out of physical activity!

J'ai reçu deux séances de coaching avec jeremie. Il a réussi à me faire apprécier leffort en s'adaptant à mes besoins physique et surtout en étant à l'écoute de mes appréhensions. Il m' a sensibilisé à une philosophie de vie grâce au sport et j'en suis reconnaissante ;) aujourd'hui c'est un plaisir de transpirer et de me reconnecter à des sensations de joie par l'effort physique
