About Figo
Moving from your center, the body as 1 whole. This is the guideline I have been following for several years in strengthening my body and mind. I have followed various courses, including circus, tai chi and am now following an intensive Qigong study. For a number of years I have been giving personal training, group classes and workshops where the focus is always on your own base. Where does your strength come from?

We often use more energy than necessary. Cramps, blockages and muscle tension prevent us from moving freely. Through dynamic stretching exercises you get to know your body's limits and strenghts. You can't do anything wrong, it's really about rediscovering your own source of power. Through my experience I can make you aware of your blockages, so that you can let them go and feel more centered.

Ik heb een aantal qi gong lessen gevolgd bij Figo. Ik was niet bekend met Qi gong voor die tijd ging er blanco in. Zowel buiten als binnen lessen gehad. Ik vind Figo een heel aangename persoon rustig en aandachtig voor iedereen tijdens de les hij legde het ook allemaal heel begrijpelijk uit met ruimte voor ieders kunnen. Na afloop nam hij alle tijd voor je vragen en was er een lekker kopje thee. Hele fijne ervaring. Aanrader.
